Thandai Desi Lassi

35ml Desi Daru Original vodka
10ml DOM Benedictine
10ml Amaretto
10ml fresh lemon juice
40ml Indian Cream*
2 dashes Cardamon bitters (Scrappy’s)
25ml Egg white
Top up Soda water (50ml)
Garnish: Indian Aromatics powder* + Dried Rose
Glassware: Highball glass

Method

In the big tin of your shaker, put ice to the top. Pour Desi Daru Original
and the other ingredients in the small tin. Shake your cocktail for 30 to 45
seconds. Fine strain in a Highball glass. Add the soda water, give a quick stir to
mix the ingredients. Garnish with a sprinkle of Indian aromatics powder and
a dried rose.
