Chai Espresso Martini

45ml Desi Daru Original vodka
10ml Tia Maria Coffee liqueur
15ml Chai jaggery syrup*
40ml cold espresso coffee
Garnish: Sprinkle of Chai spice mix
Glassware: Coupe / Martini glass

Method

In the big tin of your shaker, put ice to the top. Pour Desi Daru Original
and the other ingredients in the small tin. Shake your cocktail for 10 to 15 second,
making sure your movement is ample to incorporate air in the cocktail to have a
beautiful foam. Fine strain in a Coupette glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of your
Chai spice mix.
