how we make our mango vodka

We start by sourcing the finest Alphonso mangoes from Ratnagiri, India—celebrated as the “King of Mangoes” for their rich, velvety texture and intensely sweet, aromatic flavour.

We craft our vodka from the finest English Winter Wheat, known for its super smooth, creamy character—where British craftsmanship meets Alphonso mangos in a vibrant collision of cultures.

We macerate the finest Alphonso mangoes, allowing their rich, golden flesh to infuse deeply into our vodka. We then use a proprietary distillation method, resulting in a spirit that is not just flavoured but infused. This perfectly captures the full vibrancy of sun-ripened Alphonso Mangoes in every sip.

how we make our original vodka

Our original vodka uses locally sourced English Winter Wheat from Oxfordshire’s rich farmlands. We choose Sundance—a Class 3 biscuit wheat prized for its high starch and low gluten—and use 1kg per bottle. Planted in autumn, this wheat grows slowly in the cold, developing a unique character.

At our distillery in rural Oxfordshire, we hand-crush our grains into a coarse grist using an English-built hammer mill. This traditional process preserves the husk and natural texture, ensuring that our grist remains robust.

Our vodka is meticulously distilled in a handcrafted 46-plate column still, reaching up to 96% ABV. Each plate refines the spirit multiple times, creating an exceptionally smooth, clean, and deeply complex vodka.
