We are excited to return with a second edition of our cocktail competition: Desi Daru Culture Colliders 2025. Desi Daru Vodka is a blend of our dual heritage, now we want to experience your culture collision.

This year, we are inviting bartenders from across the UK to showcase their skills, creating a unique cocktail that blends the best of India with their home country, using our award-winning Desi Daru Alphonso Mango Vodka.

Each cocktail must feature at least one Indian-inspired ingredient, and at least one ingredient inspired by your home country or inspired by Britain. Unleash your creativity and let cultures collide!

THE BRIEF

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • 1. Only one entry per person
  • 2. Participants must be employed within the UK and be over the age of 18
  • 3. Each cocktail must include a minimum of 40ml of Desi Daru Alphonso Mango Vodka
  • 4. Cocktails must contain at least one Indian inspired ingredient and one ingredient inspired by your home country, OR one British inspired ingredient.
  • 5. No more than 8 ingredients (not including garnish)
  • 6. Recipe must be provided for all homemade ingredients
  • 7. Recipes entered must be written in millilitres with the use of 'dashes' and/or 'drops' limited to bitters, hot pepper sauce etc.
  • 8. Up to £500 worth of stock support will also be offered to the winning cocktail if listed at venue.
