50ml Desi Daru Alphonso Mango vodka
20ml Triple Sec
5ml Agave syrup
25ml fresh lime juice
½ fresh chili of choice
Garnish: Achari Masala salt half rim*
Glassware: Coupe / Martini glass
Using a lime wedge, wet the outside of your Coupette glass, squeezing
a little juice out. Sprinkle your Achari Masala salt on the wet part of the glass. In
the big tin of your shaker, put ice to the top. In the small tin, muddle the chili and
pour Desi Daru Alphonso Mango vodka and the other ingredients. Shake your
cocktail for 10 to 15 second. Fine strain in a Coupette glass.
