Desi Daru Mango Vodka: 50ml
Fresh Lime Juice: 25ml
Gomme: 15ml
Green Chilli: Fine Chopped Pcs

Method

Shake all ingredients together very hard and double strain to serve.

Sparkling Wine: 50ml
Soda Water: 50ml

Method

Build by first adding the sparkling wine, followed by the soda water, and finally Desi Daru Mango Vodka and Aperol together at the same time.

Jasmine Syrup: 15ml
Orange Bitters: 2 dashes
Soda Water: 50ml

Method

Shake all of the ingredients together hard. Serve in cocktail glasses.
